Grown in Nuwara Eliya, the highest of Sri Lanka's tea regions, where cool mountain air gives a light, delicate, floral cup. OP1 is a whole-leaf grade of long, wiry, tightly twisted leaves. Steep 1 teaspoon per cup in just-boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes, and drink it plain or with a slice of lemon.
